American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Council on Rail Transportation’s 2023 Annual Meeting

The AASHTO Council on Rail Transportation addresses all policy, regulatory, safety, operations, and investment issues States use to develop an efficient national freight and passenger rail system.

Come listen to Rob Padgette, Managing Director for Capitol Corridor Joint Powers Authority (CCJPA), give an update on projects along the corridor, including the Link21 Program and how it will create a connected, equitable, and accessible network for generations to come. He is scheduled to present during the California State Regional Updates session from 9:15-10:30 pm, located in the Emerald Ballroom on Level 2 of the Westin San Diego Bayview Hotel.
