The West Contra Costa Transportation Advisory Committee (WCCTAC) is one of four Regional Transportation Planning Committees (RTPCs) in Contra Costa County and represents the West Contra Costa County sub-area.
Link21 will present a Program update and upcoming preparations to advance to the next phase of the Program and ultimately create a faster and more connected, equitable, and accessible network of train service that will impact our quality of life for generations to come.
