Link21 will transform the rail network serving the 21-county Northern California Megaregion, which spans from Sacramento to Monterey, San Francisco to the Central Valley, and points in between. The Link21 Program is currently in the early planning stages and will feature a new transbay rail crossing to connect the Megaregion by rail.
